  28. NewTek includes an example logo animation scene with the software that uses
  29. lightbeams, just take a look at that. I find that depending on my applications,
  30. I use a variety of different techniques. But a few things to consider using
  31. are procedural textures with falloff rather than image maps, luminosity
  32. mapping, the additive surface attribute, and/or double sided surfaces.
